How billing works: the audit is invoiced on booking; builds are invoiced on signature and any retainer starts at go-live. Card or ACH via Stripe — no long-term contract, cancel with 30 days' notice.
The questions we get.
Do I have to build with you afterwards?
No. The roadmap is yours to keep and take anywhere — including to your own team or another vendor. We charge a fixed fee precisely so the advice isn't a sales pitch in disguise.
What if the answer is "AI won't help here"?
Then we'll tell you that, and which non-AI fix would actually work. It's a real outcome and you'd still have the workflow map. We'd rather say no than sell you something that stalls.
How much of my team's time does it take?
Roughly three hours total — a 45-minute kickoff, a few short sessions with the people doing the work, and a final walkthrough.
How does the credit work?
If you commission a build within 45 days, the full $2,500 comes off the build price. So the audit effectively costs nothing if you move forward.
Is our data safe?
We review your data without moving it anywhere it shouldn't go, and everything we build runs on your own stack. Guardrails and human-in-the-loop rules are part of the deliverable.
