Neverclock / Privacy
LegalPrivacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and who else touches it. Short version: very little, only to deliver the service, and never sold.

The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. No tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no third-party fingerprinting. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us.
- We only collect personal data when you choose to give it to us — by submitting the transcript form, booking a call, emailing us, or becoming a customer.
- We never sell your data, and we never use your content to train AI models.
- You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.
1. This website
Our site is static and sets no cookies. We don't run Google Analytics or any equivalent. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes; we don't use those logs to build any profile of you.
Some pages link out to third parties — Cal.com for booking, Stripe for checkout. Once you follow one of those links, that provider's own privacy policy applies.
2. When you book a call
Booking runs through Cal.com. They collect your name, email, and whatever you type into the booking questions, and share it with us so we can prepare for and attend the call. We keep those details in our email and calendar so we can follow up.
3. When you send us your help center for a transcript
Our free transcript offer means you send us documentation — usually a public help center URL, sometimes exported files — either through the form at neverclock.com/transcript or by email. The form collects your company name, help center URL, your email, and optionally your name and sample questions. Here's exactly what happens to it:
- We load that documentation into a private instance of our support agent.
- We send questions and relevant excerpts of your documentation to Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers.
- We return the transcript to you.
- If you don't become a customer, we delete the documentation and the transcript within 90 days. Ask us sooner and we'll delete it immediately.
If the documentation you send us contains personal data, please tell us first — usually it's public help content and doesn't.
4. When you become a customer
Two different kinds of data are involved, and they're worth separating.
Your business data
Your contact details, billing information, documentation, and configuration. We use it to deliver the service and to invoice you. Payment card and bank details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
Your customers' conversations
Once the agent is live, it handles messages from your customers. For that data you are the data controller and we act as your processor: we only process it to run the service you've asked for and on your instructions. Conversation content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply, and is retained so you can review transcripts and so we can tune quality. You choose the retention period; if you don't specify one, we default to 12 months.
If you need a formal Data Processing Agreement, email us and we'll sign one.
5. Who we share data with
We use a small number of providers to run the business. We don't sell data to anyone, and there are no advertising or data-broker relationships.
| Provider | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | The AI models that generate answers. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API content is not used to train their models. |
| Vercel | Website hosting and server logs. |
| Stripe | Payments, invoicing, and card/bank details. |
| Resend | Delivers transcript-request form submissions to our inbox. |
| Cal.com | Call scheduling and booking details. |
| Google (Gmail) | Our email inbox and calendar. |
| ImprovMX | Forwards mail sent to our domain into that inbox. |
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
6. How long we keep things
- Prospect documentation and transcripts: deleted within 90 days if you don't become a customer.
- Customer conversation data: your chosen retention period, defaulting to 12 months.
- Contracts and invoices: 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
- Email correspondence: for as long as our relationship is active, then archived.
When an engagement ends, we return or delete your content — your choice.
7. Your rights
Wherever you're based, we'll honour requests to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have these as legal rights under GDPR, the CCPA, or similar laws — we apply them to everyone regardless.
Email hello@neverclock.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge.
We don't sell personal information as those laws define it, and we never have.
8. Security
We keep the number of systems holding your data deliberately small, use reputable providers, and limit access to the people who need it. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we'd tell you promptly and directly rather than quietly.
9. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where data moves out of the UK or EEA, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
10. Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects an active customer, we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
12. Contact
Any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights above: hello@neverclock.com. A real person reads it.
